The brief was to build an artist studio complete with mini kitchen, shower room and toilet, in the rear garden of a ground floor flat. The size of the studio was 50 square metres and it was a complete new build. Working closely with the client’s architect we incorporated sky lights and a special lighting scheme for the artist. New wiring and plumbing was required throughout with AV and alarm connections through the main house. The brief was further extended to landscape the complete garden.slworthy
