This project was a full house renovation including full interior design and FF&E package with new services throughout. 

Coving lights suspended ceilings were used, not only create a special atmosphere throughout the property but is also where the integrated Air conditioning system is allocated. This features in all 3 bedrooms as well as the living space and dining room.

One of the most unique features of the project was the curve partitioning that separates the kitchen from the rest of living area. 

High end finishes were installed and fitted throughout the property, making this another unique, yet  very successful house renovation project.

Like every good piece of work this project also required us to overcome a few challenges.

One of them was the fact that the SVP were allocated in the internal courtyard and the flat had concrete floors. We decided to connect the master bathroom soil pipes to the main SVP by a macerator system. All was insulated to high standard to avoid any noise transmissions.

To comply with fire regulations, it was required to install an auto mist system through the flat.

The curve partition was one of the features of the property. It separates the kitchen and living rooms and it was made to measure. We needed to adapt it through site progress to achieve all the building regulation requirements.

New marble floors and walls, bespoke cabinets and made to measure shower screens were installed in the bathroom. High quality sanitary ware was used throughout all bathroom renovations.

We installed Carrara marble tiles and wooden floors as well as bespoke joinery for TV area, bar cupboard and bookshelves.

One of the highlights of the project is the marble feature wall in the living space and integrated mirror flush with wallpaper, fitted at entrance hallway.

Wallpaper was fitted at headboards walls in the bedrooms. At Master bedroom integrated mirror flush with wallpaper were fitted.
