This project included a full outdoor space renovation of the semidetached house, with internal freshened-up look and installation of a new fireplace.

The entrance, driveway and back garden were fully converted to high standard including supply and fit of new garage door. The windows and roof fascia were also fully renovated.

All 3 floors were freshened-up; ceilings and walls were decorated, new fire place was built in the living room, floors were sanded down and oiled, new wall papers were fitted at reception room and master bedroom, new carpet was fitted and pendant lights and spot lights were changed throughout.

The external alteration proposed for the entrance implied new concrete retention walls and step to be erected.

The existing main supplies were in the way of the proposed works and all mains needed to be altered during the first stages of the construction process.

The client lived overseas –We liaise daily with Architectural designer and Client to achieve the best results. Client visit the project 3 times.

All drainage and manholes were blocked and damaged. Therefore, a new drainage system was proposed during the alterations, adapting the drainage system to comply with building regulation.

All finishes for outdoor and indoor were high-end.
