This project was a full refurbishment of a 6 bed rooms house in the heart of St Johns Wood, to create a classic contemporary home. The property was arranged as 2 flats, in need of total renovation which included a loft conversion and significant structural work. Trio homes worked closely with the design team, local planning authority and specialist consultants to deliver a fully managed project to the client’s timescale.
