Full house renovation including full interior design and FF&E package. New services and Automation system were installed throughout the property.

Coving lights at suspended ceiling allocating the integrated Air conditioning system are also featured throughout the property.

Wooden floors were installed throughout the living and dining space as well as in all the bedrooms. The project was completed using high end finishes including bespoke joinery, high-end furniture and window dressings.

Kitchen installations feature a new Italian Kitchen with Gaggenau appliances.

This project created unique luxury spaces including:

• 4-bathroom renovations
• 1 powder room
• 1 dressing area,
• Open space for living room and dining.
• Kitchen renovation
• 2 ensuite.
• 4 bedroom renovations.
• Foyer room and studio area.
• Service room and Utility.

Most of the finishes, joinery, carpentry and soft furniture were manufactured and delivered from India. All design an organized by the designers, which implied alterations in the programme and final products needed to be readjusted and modified on site.

All services and final fitting were bespoke and make to measure to high standards.

All was insulated to high standard to avoid any noise transmissions.

The deliveries and working hours were reduced. All stablished in the LTA.  

The client and design team were overseas –Daily communication with client and design team was by phone/emails/ and videocall. The client visit the property ones a month.

Bathroom installations included marble floors and walls, bespoke cabinets, high quality sanitary ware with made to measure shower screens.

A marble fire-place and feature moulding details at walls are the highlight of all renovations in the living and dining space.  

All bedrooms were wallpapered. Master bedroom had integrated, made to measure leather panels covering the full wall at headboard.
