This project features a full house renovation of the existing house including full interior design and FF&E package.

New services and automation systems were installed throughout the property.

New Rear house extensions was constructed under permitted development certificate.

High end finishes, bespoke joinery and window dressings were used throughout the property to give it it’s unique look and features and maximise quality of finished project.

The outdoor space was refurbished with new floors, new garden fence, new canopy  and new windows.

Renovations and New layout includes:

• 1 bathrooms renovation
• 1 ensuite renovation
• 1 master bathroom renovation
• 1 guest toilet
• Open space for living room, dining and kitchen.
• 3 bedroom.
• 1 master bedroom renovation
• Dressing room.
• Play room
• Service room and Utility.

Most of the finishes, joinery and carpentry were bespoke. All services and final fitting were bespoke and made to measure to high standards. This made the finishing touches dependant on other work processes.

Insulation works were carried out to high standard to avoid any noise transmissions.

Additional work was added to the project during the site process, the activities were organized for the new work to have a low impact in our original program of work and completion date.

• Master Bathroom renovation works feature marble floors and walls with bespoke cabinets and high-quality sanitary ware with make to measure shower screens.
• Bathroom renovation works include tile floors and wet vertical surfaces and decoration of walls and ceilings in white.
• All of the living room, dining area and kitchen were fitted with wooden floors bespoke joinery and Miele appliances.
• All bedroom renovation included wallpaper at headboard, apart from the master bedroom which has integrated mirror at headboard wall. All bedroom floors were carpeted, and bespoke joinery was installed throughout.
• Sound System installation works, and Smart TV installation were done where required.
