Working closely with architects and interior designers, the brief was to refurbish completely a tired top-floor three-bedroom flat into a stunning contemporary penthouse with hi-tech gadgets. The project required new wiring and plumbing, plus a new kitchen and bathrooms. We also installed a new glass staircase. On completion, the flat incorporated the latest lighting and sound features throughout.
