The brief was to refurbish completely and redesign the layout of a run-down, derelict top-floor flat in the heart of Hampstead. Working closely with architects and interior designers, we converted the property into a stunning three-bedroom flat where space and natural light were cleverly used. New wiring and plumbing were required throughout. A new kitchen, bathrooms and a stunning glass Perspex spiral staircase were incorporated. Lutron mood lighting was also installed. Approval was required by the management company and Camden Building Control.
